We want you to be completely satisfied with your Empire Imports purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, or the service you received, you are welcome to return your products within 30 days for a full merchandise refund.* Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment was received.

Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.


For your convenience, a Empire Imports Return Form is provided with every order on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, you may Download a Blank Return Form here. Simply provide the information requested, and return to the address listed below. We suggest insuring the return for your protection. Credit can only be given for merchandise returned in "as-new" condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Special Order Items

Special Order Items are custom-made products that must be pre-paid and typically have longer lead times than other products, and because Special Order Items are customized to your specifications, they cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged in transit.

All sales are final for items marked for clearance.
