The AKTO universal perforator style hole punch by Leitz features interchangeable cutters that are easy to add or remove with a clip system. A turning scale bar displays inches and centimeters, so you can easily position the cutters to your binder's ring spacing. A printed guide bar expands to fit paper as large as A2 size for precise drilling.
